Doctors of the Hematology Center Took Part in a Large International Workshop for Hematologists and Pathologists on Lympho- and Myeloproliferative Disorders.

The significance of histological examination in the diagnosis of oncohematological diseases was the central theme of the event. More than 80 participants from four countries—Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan—took part. An honorary guest and active speaker was Professor Vadim Valentinovich Baikov, MD, PhD, of Saint Petersburg State Medical University.

Over two days, physicians and researchers presented clinical cases, conducted expert analyses, and delivered lectures. Among the speakers were the Chief Freelance Hematologist of Kazakhstan, Vadim M. Kemaykin, as well as leaders and physicians from key oncohematology organizations and associations in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries: the Kazakhstan Society of Hematologists (event organizer), National Research Oncology Center LLP, Kazakh Institute of Oncology and Radiology JSC, Kazakhstan Professional Society of Oncohematologists Foundation, Hematology Center LLP, the Center for Professional Qualification Development of Healthcare Workers at the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan (Tashkent), the National Center of Oncology and Hematology (Bishkek), and others.

Remarkably, 15 out of 26 speakers were representatives of LLP “Hematology Center”, including Irina A. Pivovarova, Head of the Kazakhstan Society of Hematologists and General Director of LLP “Hematology Center”; as well as Anton A. Klodzinsky, Meruert S. Sataeva, Irina G. Balandinskaya, Andrey V. Zinchenko, Liliya D. Zablotskaya, Ayauzhan E. Yesimbekova, Natalia V. Volobueva, Aigul A. Beisenova, Malika R. Naurazbayeva, Makpal S. Abylkhalimova, Olga V. Bruner, Altynay K. Baimurzina, Malika S. Saulepekova, and Anastasiya O. Lysenko.

We are proud of our colleagues and grateful for their contribution to such a large and important event. After all, its main goal is patient care and the quality of services provided to them.
